As the owner of Nittany Business Coaching, Mike Cox brings a broad depth of experience in the business and corporate world. In addition to being a small business owner, he has worked as a consultant through the Ben Franklin Technology Partners assisting businesses with marketing and sales strategies. He retired from a highly successful career with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where he was responsible for the success of a 50 million dollar business unit. His duties included sales, developing marketing plans, hiring, performance management, team building and resource allocation. He built teams that were consistently ranked among the company's best in terms of revenue, market growth and employee satisfaction. Mike has a passion for helping others succeed and is very proud of his track record in helping people reach their career and business goals through effective coaching.

Mike is a licensed professional business coach (LPBC) and is a member of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance, which has the highest membership qualifications in the business coaching industry. This membership provides Mike with access to over 100 highly qualified business coaches throughout the US and Canada as well as to many proven business processes.

Mike has an MBA from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and a Bachelor's of Science from the University of Maryland. He is an active member of the State College Community where he has coached little league baseball, and has volunteered with the local Scout troop. He is also a member of the Centre County Chamber of Business and Industry.
